The Sacramento Theatre Company is a professional regional theatre company which sits on a beautiful courtyard in downtown Sacramento. The oldest theater troupe in Sacramento, STC traces its origin to the Eagle Theatre from California’s Gold Rush era, the first theater built in California; built only two years after the survivors of the Donner Party arrived at Sutter’s Fort.

"STC deserves recognition for taking on such a difficult, worthy project," declares Marcus Crowder of the Sacramento Bee. Critics and audience members alike responded to the show with great enthusiasm.  Play the video highlight reel below, and see for yourself!
